This project was a penthouse apartment refurbishment at an iconic Bondi location with stunning views.

 

There was an extension to the rear of the apartment to create two spacious bedrooms, two new bathrooms, a new kitchen, and a new fireplace.   

 

The project has a high level of finishes and highly detailed joinery which resulted in the ultimate beach side apartment.
